Borrower Eligibility
- To qualify, the property must be located in Bexar County, and the borrower’s income must be below 120% of the median family income for the county, as defined by HUD each year. If the home is in a Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) area within Bexar County, there is no income limit for eligibility.
- Borrowers must be U.S. citizens or have a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) with work authorization.
- At the time of loan funding, borrowers cannot own another home.
Property Eligibility
- Must be a single-family residence.
- Must be a primary residence purchase.
Program Details
- Qualified borrowers will receive a $1,500 credit at closing.
